Getting started

From goal to first lesson.

Syllavi needs an account and a little context to create a course around you.

  1. 01

Continue with Apple or Google in the app. There is no guest mode or website sign-in.

  2. 02

    Confirm eligibility

Choose your age band. Syllavi accepts 13–15, 16–17 or adult and blocks under-13 users. Do not send an exact date of birth to support.

  3. 03

    Describe your goal

Add what you want to learn, your level, the time available and the outcome you want.

  4. 04

    Build your course

Keep the app open while generation starts. When the course is ready, its lessons appear in your course library.

Troubleshooting

The most useful next steps.

Apple or Google sign-in does not complete

  1. Check that the device has a working internet connection.
  2. Confirm you can sign in to the selected Apple or Google account on the device.
  3. Close and reopen Syllavi, then try once more.
  4. If sign-in was cancelled, restart it and finish the provider prompt.

Syllavi never asks for your Apple or Google password directly.

A course will not start generating

  1. Check that your age band is confirmed and eligible.
  2. Make the goal specific and keep it within the current text-course format.
  3. Check your free generation allowance in Plan & usage.
  4. Reconnect to the internet, then try again without repeatedly submitting.

The free plan includes two successful lifetime text-course generations.

Progress or reviews look out of date

  1. Finish the current lesson or quiz before leaving the screen.
  2. Open Courses to check the course position, then Review for items due.
  3. Reconnect to the internet and reopen the course to allow saved progress to refresh.

Do not delete or reinstall the app as an initial troubleshooting step.

Subscriptions, cancellation and restore

In-app checkout is currently disabled. No subscription can currently be started through Syllavi.

If a build shows a Restore Purchase option for an earlier App Store transaction, open Plan & usage and choose Restore Purchase. Apple manages cancellation through iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions; cancellation is not performed on this website.

No live price or purchase link is published while checkout is disabled.

Age eligibility

Syllavi is for people aged 13 or over. Under-13 users are blocked.

If the wrong band was selected, do not create another account or send an exact date of birth. Email support@syllavi.com so the team can explain the available correction process.

Downloads, data export and deletion

Offline course download and account export are not included in the current release scope.

The current codebase does not evidence a working self-service account-deletion or data-export endpoint. You can email support@syllavi.com to make a request, but the operational workflow remains under review and automated completion is not promised.
